I have been attending Plymouth Hoe Bootcamp since the summer of 2013 and I can honestly say I am still thoroughly enjoying it! I usually lose interest in exercise very quickly and have lost count of the number of times I have joined a gym and stopped going after a month or two so the fact I am still going is a real testament to the excellent instructor Paul.
The classes are fun and varied, sometimes the classes focus on cardio exercises for example boxing or running which is great for weight loss and other sessions are more about toning and we complete circuits using kettlebells and resistance bands. I would say if you attend 2-3 times a week you are unlikely to find a part of your body you haven’t worked out!!
