Each bootcamp class will last for 1 hour, and is suitable for beginners and intermediates alike.
Bootcamp classes combine a combination of resistance exercises for toning, and cardio exercise for fitness and fat burning to help make Plymouth Hoe Bootcamp one of the best outdoor exercises classes in Plymouth and the South West of England.
Our bootcamp classes are fun, yet different every time and include popular group exercises including:
Kettlebells – Great for toning.
Boxercise – Great for fitness.
Circuits – Great all round exercise for both fitness and toning.
