How To Book Your Bootcamp Classes

Step 4. Continue to book all of the classes you wish to attend.
Step 4. Click on the View Cart button or Cart Icon.
Step 5. Apply any coupon codes and purchase through Paypal.

Bootcamp Classes 7 Days a Week

Enjoy the fun of outdoor exercising for fitness or weight loss in the glorious surroundings of Plymouth Hoe 7 days a week during
Spring, Summer and Autumn of 2017!

Each bootcamp class will last for 1 hour, and is suitable for beginners and intermediates alike.

Bootcamp classes combine a combination of resistance exercises for toning, and cardio exercise for fitness and fat burning to help make Plymouth Hoe Bootcamp one of the best outdoor exercises classes in Plymouth and the South West of England.

Our bootcamp classes are fun, yet different every time and include popular group exercises including:

Kettlebells – Great for toning.
Boxercise – Great for fitness.
Circuits – Great all round exercise for both fitness and toning.

We meet at the Coffee Shack on Plymouth Hoe
